I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University, and I've completed a certificate program at University of Minnesota in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.

I work with children ages 0-10 who are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism and emotional and behavior concerns. In my sessions, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including play, art, sand, and family involvement. I work with divorced families in offering co-parenting sessions and helping children work through this transition. I work to support the entire family system on this journey together.

I have extensive training in DC: 0-5-a diagnostic classification of mental health and development disorders of infancy and early childhood, play therapy, trauma, and attachment. I have a certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.

I understand that life can be filled with unexpected experiences. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space to share experiences, to be heard and to be validated. My approach is to join you on your journey and work together to set the goals for therapy.
