Board Approved Supervision.
We offer supervision for Minnesota practitioners seeking LPC and LPCC licensure.
MN Board Approved Supervisor:

Supervision: I am board approved with the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. I can provider supervision to LPC and LPCC track counselors working towards licensure in the state of Minnesota. I offer both individual and group supervision.
Supervision approach: I utilize a person centered approach to supervision. I prefer practitioners to come to supervision ready to relay cases is an informative narrative. We will focus on specific questions, theoretical case conceptualization and practical techniques. Supervision will also include professional development, competence and self care for the therapist.
Therapeutic techniques: I am a person centered therapist. I am a registered play therapist and EMDR certified. I use a variety of techniques in my clinical practice to help my clients grow and heal. I primarily work with individuals one-on-one, listening to their concerns and story. I guide my clients to make insights, problem solve, improve life skills and learn ways to cope. I am a therapist who believe clients will get better with treatment and can be cured with the appropriate techniques.
Populations I serve: I work with a variety of ages (4+) and concerns, however my focus is anxiety, depression and trauma in children, teens and young adults.
Cost: Individual supervision by appointment is $125 per hour
Group supervision is $45 per hour per person (3-6 counselors per group)
