We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. We are able to bill most BCBS plans, including Anthem and out-of-state BCBS plans. We also accept Blue Plus Medicaid plans.

**We recommend you check with your insurance company prior to your appointment and confirm the status of your provider, in case a referral is required, or if you need an authorization. Submission of claims does not automatically guarantee coverage. For some plans, mental health services are applied towards large deductibles, which means you will pay a majority of the fees initially.
