Supervision: I provide supervision for LPC and LPCC track counselors working towards licensure in the state of Minnesota. I also provide play therapy supervision for therapists working towards their RPT credential, and EMDR consultation for EMDRIA certification. I offer both individual and group supervision, in person and via video.

Supervision approach: For licensure, I utilize a person centered approach to supervision. Practitioners should come to supervision ready to relay cases in an informative narrative. We will focus on specific questions, theoretical case conceptualization and practical techniques. Supervision will also include professional development, competence and self care for the therapist, if needed.

For Play therapy supervision I utilized both directive and non-directive techniques. I help to explored play narratives, overall growth, and parents interventions (not family therapy).

For EMDR certifications, I mostly follow EMDR’s 8 phases basic protocol, as well as a few supplemental protocols and techniques.

Therapeutic techniques: I am a person centered therapist, a child centered play therapist and EMDR certified. I use a variety of techniques in my clinical practice to help my clients grow and heal. I also incorporate techniques and skills from CBT, DBT, somatic, parts works,

I have completed advanced trainings in early childhood trauma, DC 0-3, preverbal trauma in children, preverbal trauma in adults using EMDR, complex trauma, dissociation, IFS, grief therapy, ADHD, sand tray, creative arts, suicide prevention, and clinical hypnosis.

I am a therapist who believe clients will get better with treatment and in-depth techniques.

Population: I have experience working with all ages and a variety of concerns. My current clinical focus is ages 4-30 with anxiety, depression and trauma.

Individual supervision/consult- by appointment is $125 per hour

Individual supervision for LPC/LPCC licensure, RPT play therapist credential or EMDR certification

Group supervision is $45 per hour per person

~I am a Consultant-in-training and my EMDR group can count for up to 15 of the 20 hours needed for EMDRIA certification
