We are in network with Ucare Individual and family plans as well as Ucare Medicaid. We will continue to serve Ucare clients during Ucare’s shutdown and transition to Medica.

*****We recommend you check with your insurance company prior to your appointment and confirm the status of your provider, in case a referral is required, or if you need an authorization. Submission of claims does not automatically guarantee coverage. For some plans, mental health services are applied towards large deductibles, which means you will pay a majority of the fees initially.
