We are in network with MN Medicaid aka MN Medical Assistance, including the following PMAPs: Blue Plus, Health Partners, Medica, SCHA and Ucare.

**We recommend you check with your insurance company prior to your appointment and confirm the status of your provider, in case a referral is required, or if you need an authorization. Submission of claims does not automatically guarantee coverage. While most Medical Assistance plans cover mental health services at 100%, some MNsure plans have “cost sharing.”
