Degree: I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Social Work.
Who I work with: Individuals and couples ages 16+
My approach: I work with clients age 16+ who are looking for support around processing attachment, anxiety, depression, emotion/mood, grief, life transitions, parenting, peer relationships, PTSD, stress, and trauma. I approach working with clients from a feminist, non-pathologizing lens grounded in attachment theory. My approach is also deeply influenced by my previous career in international development and my keen awareness of social and economic structures and how they may impact one’s life and mental health. I bring warmth, genuine curiosity, and compassion to the therapeutic space, and I believe in the healing power of love, relationships, and connection. I am excited to collaborate with you on your journey, and I look forward to connecting.
I am a pre-licensed therapist, and I work under the supervision of Maria Wetli, MSW LICSW.
